16h00-18h00 INCO workshop: Working together: ENDURE and countries outside Europe. Location: Couchant 1
Workshop Objective
The SA3.2 Core Group aims at fostering the participation of INCO partners in the ENDURE network. The International Conference at La Grande-Motte October 2008 will bring together ENDURE partners and crop protection specialists from INCO countries in order to further identify and develop common areas of interest relevant to the objectives of the ENDURE Network of Excellence.
Through round table discussions and presentations an increased awareness of crop protection challenges in Europe and INCO countries will be achieved and interest in working together towards potential solutions will be identified.
Workshop outcome
Scientists from Europe and INCO countries will be brought together to initiate contact and identify:
Participants
SA3.2 Core Group: Jozsef Kiss, Jean-Louis Sarah, Sarah Perryman, Judy Mann, Remy Hugon and Alex Percy-Smith.
Other ENDURE participants: 5-10 people.
Participants from INCO countries: 10-15 people
Total: 20-30.
Instructions to workshop participants
The value of this meeting is in the hands of the participants. It is especially important that participants from countries outside Europe express their views.
Please use the chance to briefly present ideas for fostering the participation of INCO partners in ENDURE and to identify and develop common areas of interest relevant to the objectives of ENDURE.
Sarah Perryman from the SA3.2 Core Group will ensure that appropriate records from the meeting will be made and circulated.
