About crop protection
Advances in crop protection have greatly contributed to high yields and consistency in agricultural production, but new concerns about human health and the environment and increased consumer awareness about pesticide use call for the development of low input farming systems that are less reliant on pesticides. ENDURE's definition of IPM
ENDURE sees Integrated Pest Management (IPM)  as a continuously improving process  in which innovative solutions  are integrated  and locally adapted  as they emerge and contribute to reducing reliance on pesticides in agricultural systems. Read full article.
