ENDURE rassemble un ensemble d'instituts de recherche, de services de vulgarisation et d'universités dans toute l'Europe. Un représentant de chaque organisation partenaire participe au Conseil d'administration (ENDURE’s Governing Council), qui est l'ultime organe de décision du Réseau ENDURE.
