Lecturers from the USA, Denmark, France and The Netherlands have been lined up for June’s second ENDURE PhD Summer School, which will take place in Volterra, Italy.
Based on the theme ‘Modelling approaches to support integrated pest management (IPM)’, the school runs from June 15 to 20 and is being organised by ENDURE member Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna of Pisa (SSSUP).
The Summer School will host 17 PhD students from 15 different countries and six lecturers. Being a residential course, students will have the chance to deeply interact with lecturers all week long. The six lecturers are:
Students will both follow lectures and work in groups (guided by lecturers) thus having the chance to ‘learn by doing’.
