Plant BioProtech, the 1st International Symposium on Plant Bioprotection Sciences and Technologies, is to be held in France in 2017, bringing together the international experiences of scientists and companies working on plant protection using beneficial microorganisms and natural elicitors.
The organisers hope to assemble a broad range of disciplines for the event, including those working in plant-microbe interactions, plant physiology, molecular biology, pathology etc. The organisers say: “A more comprehensive and detailed knowledge on this strategic field for the agriculture of the 21st century will be provided.”
Topics will include:
The event will run from June 27 to June 30, 2017, in the city of Reims in France’s Champagne region, famous, of course, as being one of the country’s most important viticulture areas. “Researchers, students, and professionals in the biocontrol science and industry are warmly encouraged to attend the conference and exchange their experiences in the field of new strategies for plant protection,” add the organisers.
