The event runs from October 20 to October 23 and includes a mix of workshops and plenary sessions. In addition, partners from outside Europe will be invited to the event, and there will be the opportunity for all visitors to take a guided tour of the city or of the WUR laboratories. The latter include WUR's specialised facilities in the fields of pheromones, diagnostics, genomic plant pathogens and robotised spraying.

The city of Wageningen is located some 80km east of Amsterdam and has a direct rail connection to Schipol Airport. Visitors are recommended to book hotel accommodation as early as possible.
